Center-frame (a little fuzzy, we were in a steady 30-40mph wind here), is an adult Brandt's Cormorant, with a hint of the blue gular patch visible. Though at different angles, the difference in shape is very apparent, especially bill size, with the Pelagics off to the left. The upper right bird is a young Double-crested, making for all 3 common west coast species.
