This bird Jeff Wilson and I a brief rush when we 1st saw it sitting atop a clod in a field south of Reelfoot Lake, TN. We were hoping for a Snow Bunting, and this leucistic Horned Lark was pretty close! The pictures aren't sharp, but the extreme paleness is visible, with no visible head markings at all, though the throat was a nice creamy yellow.
