Not unusual birds, but the dabblers are finally getting here in numbers. This group of Pintails includes one male that is yet to acquire breeding plumage (the last bird, note the gray tertials and pattern of the bill). Pintails are among my favorite ducks, with the females being very finely patterned, if you get a good look.
