Japanese Wagtail

Korea

This is a specialty of the region, breeding mostly in Japan but also locally in Korea. We got these birds on the last day of the tour, at the same site as the Long-billed Plover as both have very similar habitat preferences. We had a pair of these birds, with several juveniles in tow already.
