Oriental Honey Buzzard

Korea

We had a good list of raptors for the trip, 13 species, but most were seen as they migrated overhead. This was one of the few Oriental Honey Buzzards we had though. The most common raptors were Gray-faced Buzzard, Japanese Lesser-Sparrowhawk, Peregrine Falcon and Northern Hobby. We did have some of the nicer birds like Amur Falcon, and even a lingering Upland Buzzard.
