This female is showing the classic Lesser profile with a distinct peak of a high rear crown. This shape can be varied much, so that an actively diving Lesser can have much the shape of a Greater. A Greater on the other hand, can't match the peaked look of a Lesser. Also notice the relatively thin bill. It's not diagnostic, but female Greaters a more prone to show a light spot on the ear coverts.
