This is another bird that is common in winter in the islands, but that a few of which remain year-round (primarily 1-st spring birds). This is the only Tattler I saw on the trip, and it frequented a rocky point just behind my hotel, along with some Ruddy Turnstones. This is another of those lifers that I had spent some time looking over suitable areas for, only to find it when I really wasn't even looking.
