The adult Lesser is in the center of the frame, showing the dark flight feathers from below well, in constrat to all the othe birds in the image. A first cycle is just to its right with uniform upperwing and extensive white on tail and rump and distinct dark band on tail. Dark bird at bottom could be a young Lesser as well from just the photo,can't see enough to be sure with the angle.
