Breast more grizzled looking in this shot, and nice pale fringes to many coverts can be seen, a look much more typical of Short-billed. I think that bill could go either way, though obviously not a long-billed female Long-billed. The subtle droop is well back from the end of the bill, not as obvious a kink near the tip as many Short-billed.
