This old warhorse is still flying in a few Air Forces around the world! This aircraft first flew in 1950 and entered service in 1952! The Mig-17 was the primary fighter of the North Vietnamese Air Force during the Vietnam War. Many US Airmen fell to this basic, but very effective, design. Of course, many Migs had the same fate.
