Some primo grasslands, the high winds pretty much shut down our chances at hoped-for Baird's Sparrow, but eventually we did get lots of (flying) looks at Chestnut-collared Longspurs. Also nice to hear both Western and Eastern (Lillian's) Meadowlarks singing.
