I had hoped for Franklin's all day, when finally two flew into the ara of the island at Paris Landing. One of them landed, while this one circled high overhead for several minutes. Finally, the 2nd bird joined it again, and they continued on; flying high to the north though!

Notice the very white underwing, and white edge to the black tail band, which doesn't go all the way across the tail on Franklin's.
