I was surprised at this bird, as most maps don't show them summering in Korea.
This bird was soaring over the plant, and at 1st I assumed it was a Kestrel. Though distant, the shape and overall look was more of a Hobby. I couldn't get much detail at the time, but after getting home I could work the photos enough to be able to see barely see the rufous undertail.
