At the time of imaging it was undergoing an outburst, which brightened it temporarily.
Modified Canon EOS 600D,Revelation 300mm f/4 Newtonian 9 x 4-min autoguided exposures at ISO 1600, stacked on the comet in Deep Sky Stacker software (hence the trailed stars).
Post-processed to reduce noise, increase contrast and reduce colour gradients caused by light pollution.
