Former GP40 WE 3080/D&RGW 3080. Sold to W&LE by UP in December 2001. Rebuilt by W&LE with Q-Tron excitation control system and equipped with Canac Controltac LT remote control system in September 2006. Painted in latest version of W&LE black with large orange lettering and numbers
