With a large softboxe very high on the left side with a cardbord blocking the light from falling on the plexiglass in front of the model. A silver reflector was used on the the right side. It is easy to visualise the reflection into the plexiglass and optimed the intensity by chooing the best angle of view prior to shoot. So you will have to experiment with the camera/subjet distance and the light/subjet distance to obtain the best reflection. I used a 50mm on a full frame for this shot
