The museum of Santa Maria del Fiore, the Duomo of Florence, contains many pieces of art from the cathedral and the baptistry, these are just a few examples.
What fun, Margaret, to see your album of the place I visited as well in 2006. We took many of the same shots, but yours are technically superior in every way. You, Robin & Andrys all commented there back in '07. (Makes me reflect on how long we've all been communicating :) Your 'less tight' cropping worked much better, as Robin had said then. Thanks for taking me back.
Thanks for taking and showing these to us. We walked by the Opera del Duomo probably twice
or 4 times a day while there and NEVER went inside because we didn't know what it was !!!
