Thank you. This is 38 exposures of 10 minutes apiece. They were shot on a Canon EOS 40D DSLR camera. The photos were first carefully aligned based on their starfields, using "Registar" software. The aligned exposures were then stacked with a median function in software called "Maxim". Finally Photoshop was used for curves, saturation and color balance.

Beautiful! Did you "stack" the 38 exposures, use "image align" and then combine them using the appropriate blend mode in Photoshop? This is a beautiful piece of work. Was this photo made at a high altitude? The steadiness of the air is impressive. -- Joseph Breckenridge
