Tandy and Susan visit the tulip fields around Mt. Vernon, Washington

Tandy's good friend Susan decided to be Tandy's Skagit Valley Tulip Festival tour guide for the day. Susan arranged the trip as a belated surprise birthday present for Tandy. Tandy has been trying to get Kevin to take her to see the tulip festival for many years, so this year, it was Susan to the rescue :)
