Checking alignment of an assembled chair is made easier with some simple tools.
TOE-IN / TOE-OUT: blue stands set spoke height at exactly 1/2 of wheel diameter for accurate measurement of distance between spokes at front and at rear. The same spoke can be used to eliminate effect of untrue wheel
CAMBER: can be measured using L-square, with metal tab pressed against axle bolt
CASTER BARREL: can be measured using L-square, with "fork" pressed against barrel
