1975 31' Sovereign International Land Yacht, currently located in Essex, NY (on the west side of Lake Champlain, 130 miles north of Albany NY, more or less across the lake from Burlington VT). Towed 250 miles in November 2013, brakes and bearings inspected and repaired at that time, brand new tires installed. No leaks in skin. Heater and interior electrical verified to work (heater is strong), AC, stove toilet and shower never tested by me but prior owner asserts they work.
