Himroo shawl factory

Himroo weaving was developed as a cheaper alternative to more elaborate brocades. They use machines now, and have these weavers for the tourists. I couldn't follow what they were doing; it is more complicated than normal weaving. The wooden rods are weights. It reminded me of the Chinese fishing nets in Kerala.
