I think there are two of these green heron's that have been hanging around the Liberty Harbor Marina in Jersey City NJ. Finally, it wasn't a rainy or foggy morning and I had my big lens with me. Still, I wish I had a 600mm with a 1.4x so I wouldn't have to crop so much.
