Nine Members of the Buchanan County Bird Club met with eight members of the Bibbee Nature Club of Bluefield, WV for an outing around Hinton,WV. The group visited Bluestone Lake,Bellepoint Park, Mountain Valley Lake and then birded down the New River to Sandstone Falls. In spite of the cloudy weather the group spent a very enjoyable day. Forty-two species were found including one Bald Eagle and one Golden Eagle. Don Carrier got a good photo of a partial albino deer as he was driving along New River.
