The Flume Gorge is one of America's top ten most beautiful State Parks. It offers a spectacular 2 miles hiking through a natural chasm on gravel paths, wooden bridges and balconies. You will see two covered bridges (Pemigewasset River & Sentinel Pine) and past various waterfalls including Avalanche Falls and through the 800- foot long gorge with its sheer 90- foot walls.
