Gina and Brian Ferrar moved into our Newmarket Ontario neighborhood and after 2 or 3 years decided that a 30+ year old fence was 6 inches on their property so they tore it down while we were on vacation. We sued but had to abandon the suite when we moved out - this cost us much grief and $7K
