It has been a while since I first posted the orbs. I have Elements 3 and this is how I make these orbs now. I'm not sure what I used when I posted those on pbase originally. I open a picture and click on "Filter--distort--polar coordinates". Once that is open I make sure the Polar to Rectangular is checked. Then I go to "Image--rotate--180 degrees. Then I go back to "Filter--distort--polar coordinates and make sure the 'rectangular to polar is checked. Voila! My orb.
