Well now - the Topazed version, in simplifying the construction, does really accentuate the key water pattern features - which was the main idea I guess. The "natural" version, on the other hand, underscores the quality of your original vision, given that there can be no suggestion that the water dynamics were artificially introduced with the processing software. Mmmmmmmmmm. If asked to pick a preference I suppose I must agree that your first choice (with the topaz process) takes the prize. :o))

I like the these abodes have fallen from the sky - or looked at another way, they could be shimmering river boats. The barn red color is lovely with the greens and the saffron gold. I like the lazy feel of the image, nary a care.

Now it just goes to show. YOU may not have been especially happy with this image but this processing most assuredly reveals its underlying excellence - especially the water patterns and reflections. I wouldn't mind seeing the original as well.

Don't you love it when you can take a photo you were not happy with and turn it into something this pretty! All three photos are wonderful!

I don't know what topazing is but this is a beauiful image. Love the color and reflection and painterly look. V.

Wonderful deep colors and great reflections. Such a lovely scene.

I often think that reflections are more beautiful than the object reflected, just because the ripples in the water add such a shimmery lovely effect.
