Quick instructions:
A) Crop out a square portion of an image.
B) Adjust image, flatten, duplicate layer
C)"Cir" or C = [make duplicated layer active] 1) Filter >Distort >Polar Coordinates >polar to rectangular. 2) Edit >Transform >rotate 180. 3) Filter >Distort >Polar Coordinates >rectangular to polar.
