We started this past Sunday off with temps in the low 40's F, sunny and clear.
Over the course of the day, it became more cloudy, strong winds developed,
and then, in the late afternoon, there was a sudden instant white-out, with snow
flying in every direction. almost nothing settled on the ground, and i could barely
see past my deck to the neighbours' yard.
An hour later, it was clear outside again, and just the wind remained.
The temperature dropped to 8 F by late evening.
