This is a stack of 6 images with each image being a 90 second exposure, ISO 800, f/2.8 and 200mm.
An average of 5 dark frames and 3 flat fields were subtracted from the light frames. The images
were stacked and aligned on the Comets nucleus so the stars appear to be slightly trailed. The
tail of the comet can be traced for 2 degrees in this image. The images were obtained on the
morning of March 4 starting at 5:30 a.m. and ending at 5:40 a.m. Astronomical twilight began at
5:25 a.m. The comet was 14 degrees above the horizan at Hallam Observatory in Comber, Ontario.
