Three-legged lizard.

This past weekend we took my 2-year-old grandson to a reptile zoo and dinosaur park. This lizard/gecko (?) was hanging upside-down and had somehow fastened himself flush to a glass window. I was ready to take this photo and noticed his missing leg, and then, that his terrarium companion was a large snake. Coincidence?

I have lots of geckos around my place, and we always have to be careful not to shut them in windows or doors ....... they do a great job keeping mosquitoes and cockroaches at bay! I think the snake would have swallowed the whole thing ..... anyway, great details! A good shot.

I have a photo of a three legged monkey from a trip to the zoo...not nearly as good though. Great colors!
