March 30

The DC Cherry Blossoms have started blooming. I went down to the Tidal Basin yesterday, but the weather became too windy and chilly. It's difficult doing blossom close-ups when the branches are moving back and forth in the wind. The sky was full of dramatic clouds and were a better subject than the trees.

A wonderful sky. The cherry blossoms can wait but this will disappear minutes!
