Browned boneless, skinless chicken thighs, then drained skillet, de-glazed with a little sweet red wine. Added chopped red bell pepper & onion, sliced mushrooms & jalapenos, & pineapple chunks. Covered skillet and put in 350 oven for about half an hour. It was very good. For left-overs, chopped up the chicken, added walnuts and teriyaki sauce and served over rice.
