Mike, no special lens or filter...just what came attached to my little Canon G3. This was taken in late afternoon, giving it a special glow, and I also made some adjustments to Levels and Saturation in PSE. I'm glad you enjoyed the photos, as I just loved the scenery there.

Great shot! I would love to know camera/lens/filter(if any) info. I just bought a 17-85, and am trying to convince myself I don't have an issue with the color/contrast of the lens. I dont have the hood or polarizer yet. It has to go back on Tuesday if I decide it's not ok. I have a pending post on dpreview canon lens forum, but not many psosts yet.

Anyway, this is a wonderful shot, as are many of the others (like the road with the old gas pump alot too!)
