This weekend was a dinner to celebrate my parents 54th wedding anniversary. I got there early to make sure there was enough light to take a picture on the old Ikon.

Unfortunately I forgot that the film processing spool mangled the first frame on the last MF roll I processed (it seems to be forcing the front of the film back on to the next spiral of the film.. OK with 35 with the long leader but 120 film once removed from its backing paper has no leader... I should have run a frame off before I shot this as it's stripped emulsion right off the film even after an hour with the clone tool there is still obvious damage to the image.. ah well.
time to find a new spool too.
