This morning, September 1st, 2014, at 8:00AM our Stoney was laid to rest. He had a huge growth in his stomach and he could not continue with his life. We will miss him and always love him. A sad Labor Day at our house. Our other three dogs keep looking for their buddy Stoney. We had him almost 5 years.

This is the picture that Linda and I fell in love with. The fine people at Chihuahua Rescue of Georgia saved this little guy and now we get to enjoy him and share him with everyone.

This is the message from the director of CRGA after we let her know Stoney was in his new home and doing great:

Thank you for the update! I am so glad you found Stoney! He is very special doggie that was pulled from a high kill shelter in Murray County. When he came in he was flea infested, malnourished, and had a raging upper respiratory infection that lasted for three weeks. He also had mush for teeth. He had ten teeth pulled as a result. He was obviously VERY neglected in his former life. He is a very special doggie that has a huge spirit and I was very honored to foster him in my home for two months nursing him back to health before he went to Angie's. He has been through a lot and I'm so happy to know he will be taken care of now. Thanks!
