This is the start of the world's most dangerous road, supposedly host to the most fatalities annually (over 100 on average). We biked down to Yolosa, a few km short of Coroico. You have to stay behind a guide at all times and in front of a guy at the back. This really limits your speed (though I guess it keeps insurance premiums managable). I could not take any ore pics on this bike trip because my camera was in the support vehicle to save it from damage. It was extremely wet and muddy on this unsealed section. Many operators cancel such trips in the Jan/Feb wet season.
