Photos from job sites, construction isn't always ugly! The first group is from the I-89 rest area project in Sharon, Vermont. A "Living Machine" (TM) treating wastewater for reuse on a site not suitable for a high volume leach field. The cornerstone on site is the Viet Nam Veteran's Memorial, which fixed the location of the rest area. The ever green-minded State of Vermont found a way to make it all work. Recent addition- a sulphur plant in southern California just after sunrise.
The second group is from a clean up of the riverbed of Cache de Poudre (Poudre River) in Fort Collins, Colorado. The land was first used for storage of coal gas, than petroleum fuels, then a city landfill... now it's a playground and park. I've got to get some of the riverbank now (when I get a chance to go back!).
