Zoomer was diagnosed with bone cancer a week ago yesterday. He is supposed to turn 9 years old on January 18, but the vet feels he might not make it until Christmas.
He is on pain meds and is doing okay for now, but he can't run anymore. He doesn't use his right rear leg for anything other than balance when he's standing. This picture is a bit deceiving though, as some friends had just dropped this couch off...for Zoomer. When they heard we had been looking for a small couch/loveseat, and it was specifically for Zoomer, they decided to give us this one and rushed it right over in their pickup. Zoomer immediately knew it was for him. :)
