This rose was backlit from a southern facing window. I love the colour and hue of the light passing through the petals. The petals also look so delicate, like they are made out of the most fragile of porcelain.

Shot with a Canon 60mm macro lens. I applied a little 'Vibrance' in ACR and a touch of sharpening in Photoshop CS5.
