I wanted to see where my towbar was mounted and designed this to be on the outside of the pant rather than a hole. It's functional but not sure I like the looks. Also, note, I installed nut plates on the tabs so I can unscrew my wheel pant; without pulling the axle bolt as per the Van's plans.
