Marisa, all of these are great photographs! The B&W treatment is wonderful for these subjects.
(1) Who is Maddy? She is a sweetheart! If she is someone you know, use her as a model. I'm thinking some various settings with dark backgrounds and clothing to set off her hair and fair complexion. I do love portrait work.
(2) The IceSkating shot is great. That looks like a very marketable shot to me.
(3) The bridge... I love the range of texture and tone of the stones.
