This lens replaces my Tamron 28-75 2.8. Not as good indoors without a flash, but I have a 50mm 1.8 for that. Very sharp, with some vignetting and distrortion issues. The vignetting was only noticed on one image so far, the plane shot which I did not correct. Distortion is most noticeable at widest range, but I haven't bothered to correct any of it yet. Images all shot in RAW, converted with Bibble (some default sharpening and noise reduction), and no other post processing. Not great photos, just test shots. Also, account for JPG quality loss issue, the originals look slightly better at 100% crop.
