The principality of Asturias lies between Cantabria and Galicia. With tiny fishing villages and wide forests, Asturias has a wealth of landscape to see.
Ribadesella is an old attractive fishing port, somewhat smaller than Llanes. The town lies on the mouth of the River Sella, which divides it. On the eastern side of the river lies the old town and fishing harbour. On the western side lies the Santa Marina beach, which developed as a popular bathing resort at the turn of the century. There are still many examples of residential houses constructed in the "Belle epoch" period in an outstanding architectural style.

Cudillero (asturian Cuideiru) is a small village and municipality in the Principality of Asturias, Spain. Cudillero's main economic activities are today related to tourism but it is also known for its fishing ships. A legend says that it was founded by the Vikings. People from Cudillero speak Spanish and a dialect of the Asturian language called Pixueto. Its capital is Cudillero.
