It looks sort of Sci-fi to me...maybe Stargate ! ;-)
I've no idea how you achieved this...but if I could find images like this in the sort of places you must find them..i think I wouldn't bother to take another landscape again.
I would love to see this 'BIG'. Very imaginative and totally creative work.
