On Samphire Ho

Samphire Ho is the newest piece of Old England. It is made up of the chalk spoil which was recovered when the Channel Tunnel, which links England with France, was dug. The area has been gently landscaped, and there are walks and ponds, and the area has been seeded with wildflowers, some self-sown, and is very tranquil. The "white cliffs" between Dover and Folkestone on one side, and the Channel on the other - marvellous.

Mmmm, Samphire's such a pretty place. Nice that you've given some background to it too.
