The aroma of Earl Grey's Breakfast tea comes from the leaves of bergamot, otherwise known as beebalm,
a member of the mint family. It enjoys a moist soil environment and likes to spread where you least
want it to go. I love the smell of this plant, which now comes in hardier red and pink forms which still attract bees.
