McGillvray Fire continues. Afternoon, Aug. 22, a much larger plane than the 3 smaller water bombers that have worked on the fire all day appears in the sky. At the same time the wind changes and a new fire plume errupts as the fire rises to the ridge on the other side and consumes fresh fuel. We are hoping for no wind and lots of rain. But it's been a long time and the chances are slim.
