Evelyn Camille, in formal pose, councillor from Kamloops Indian Band,
sported rich but heavy bead work during the intense heat of Saturday's
dances. Evelyn's four daughters created the gown's beadwork for her,
over a period of two years. Note 2 years later: Last prints ever made
at home on old Canon printer were dropped off at Kamloops school; given
in the care of an unknown man walking down the halls. Found that she
received them and she said, "Her daughters liked her on the daisy". Made
me laugh!
